Pictures of Forbes and Lomax Verdigris Sockets and Switches

You may remember the old switches and sockets that our grandparents use to have in their old house, with a "rusty-looking" plate nowadays called Verdigris... Well, the good people at Forbes and Lomax paid a visit to a museum a while ago and they brought back to life the Verdigris range!

The finish of the switches and sockets in this range is inspired by the statues and the ancient artefacts from the Greek Bronze age. Don't worry - these switches and sockets look stylish in both contemporary and traditional interiors. The plates are hand-finished in order to produce a slightly variable effect - there's no two plates alike! Read more on the process and how they look like via, Verdigris Switches and Sockets from Forbes and Lomax.

If you want a luxurious finish for your electrical accessories, something different and warmer than the chrome finish, the Forbes and Lomax nickel silver range is very appealing especially for living areas. Actually, you can use this range both in traditional and in more contemporary interiors.

pictures of the invisible Forbes and Lomax switches and sockets

Forbes and Lomax is famous for their Invisible Switch - the "invisible plate" switches and sockets. This range of invisible plate wiring devices manufactured by Forbes and Lomax have a design that is inspired by the 1930s glass switches - but they incorporate all the advantages of the modern technology. If you like the design of the room and you don't want to modify it by adding a "bulky switch" in a finish that doesn't match with the wall, why don't you use the Forbes and Lomax Invisible Lightswitch? Not only the switches, but also the sockets can be in an "invisible / transparent" finish.
